Descriptions:

1. Light weight

The valve is made out of resin sand molding ductile iron. It is high in strength, small in volume, lighter 20%-30% than traditional gate valve in weight, and convenient in installation and maintenance.

2. Flat type seat

The seat of traditional gate valve is usually sunk, which increases the fluid resistance and make it easy to stack welding slag, small stones, and sundries. The sealing is not also very good. But the seat of our gate valve is flat, equivalent to a straight pipe, not easy to stack sundries, can ensure reliable sealing and unimpeded fluid.

3. The whole disc covered by rubber

The whole disc is covered by high-quality rubber. And the valve is manufactured after the latest vulcanization technology from Europe, with accurate physical dimension. Besides, the rubber is closely combined with ductile iron seat, not easy to fall off, with good flexibility.

4. Investment casting body

The body adopts investment casting, with accurate physical dimension, which ensures the reliable sealing in the body without any processing.

5. Anti-corrosive

The inner and outside of body is printed by powder epoxy resin, with the trim of stainless steel or copper alloy., which can prevent the body corroding and rusting. So the valve can be used for sewage system and underground, etc.

6. Not easy to break up

Because of the striking, crashing, and heavy load from nonego, the crush usually occurs to the traditional gate valve. This kind of gate valve adopts ductile iron body, which reduced the above phenomenon to a great extent.

7. O-type sealing ring

The body adopts the design of three O-type sealing rings, which can reduce the frictional drag when the valve opens and closes, and can also reduce the leakage by a wide margin. At the same time, the sealing ring can be replaced without stopping water.

8. Be helpful to drink

Because the inner of the body is printed by non-toxic epoxy resin, and the whole disc is covered by rubber, it is not easy to rust and corrode and helpful to drink.
